1. Introduction
Welcome to Your World Coaching. By utilizing the offered coaching services, courses, workshops, or resources (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
* You must be at least 18 years old to register.
* If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and manage the enrollment.
* You agree that all information you provide during registration is accurate and current.
3. Coaching Services
* Coaching sessions are intended for educational and guidance purposes only.
* We do not guarantee admission to any specific college, program, or career outcome.
* Results depend on the student’s individual effort, participation, and application of strategies learned.
4. Payment & Fees
* Payment for Services must be made in full prior to the start of sessions, unless otherwise arranged.
* All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice unless service agreement is in place and paid in full.
* We reserve the right to suspend Services if payment is not received on time.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
* Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
* Cancellations require at least **24 hours’ notice** to reschedule without penalty.
* Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy
* Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@yourworldcoaching.com
* Refunds are granted only if:
* A written request is made within 7 days of purchase if scheduled session—or, the first session of a Bundle or Retainer Service—has not yet taken place. Refunds are not available after the first session of a Bundle or Retainer Service has taken place.
* Digital products (handouts, recordings, self-paced courses) are **non-refundable** once accessed.
7. Intellectual Property
* All course materials, handouts, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Your World Coaching.
* You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.
* Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Confidentiality
* We respect your privacy and will keep all shared information confidential, except as required by law.
* You agree not to share recordings, group discussions, or other participants’ personal information.
9. Technology & Access
* You are responsible for ensuring you have access to reliable internet and required software to participate in online sessions.
* We are not liable for interruptions caused by technology failures outside of our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
* Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal/financial advice.
* We are not liable for any decisions you make or outcomes that result from applying our coaching strategies.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services.
11. Termination
* We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client engages in disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
* In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
