Refund Policy

Scheduling & Cancellations

 

* Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

* Cancellations require at least **24 hours’ notice** to reschedule without penalty.

* Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

 

* Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@yourworldcoaching.com

* Refunds are granted only if:

 

  * A written request is made within 7 days of purchase if scheduled session—or, the first session of a Bundle or Retainer Service—has not yet taken place.  Refunds are not available after the first session of a Bundle or Retainer Service has taken place.

* Digital products (handouts, recordings, self-paced courses) are **non-refundable** once accessed.
